A hard password reset logs your account out of all places it was logged into, wipes your current password, and completely locks all account functionality until you reset your password via the link sent directly to the email address associated with the Epic account.
  5. When changing your password, please make sure to use a password that is *completely unique* to your Epic account and isn't shared with any other online account credentials you own.
  6. Please review our Account Security Bulletin (http://fortnitehelp.epicgames.com/customer/en/portal/articles/2921261-account-security-bulletin) to ensure your account is secure and prevent future issues from happening.
  7. Please consider enrolling in Two Factor Authentication (http://fortnitehelp.epicgames.com/customer/en/portal/articles/2879127-what-is-two-factor-sign-in-and-how-do-i-opt-in-) to further protect your account.
  8. To disable Two-Factor Authentication (2FA), you must provide the information below so we can verify that you own the account. Please keep in mind, if you have the original backup codes, you can use them to access your account.
